How can I give someone access to the directory?
There are three ways you can give someone access to your directory:
How can I revoke someone's access to the directory?
If you just want to revoke editor or admin privileges, just delete them from
the Permissions table on the organization settings page. If you want to revoke
all access, delete the person from the directory.
What about printing?
From the Print tab, you can download a PDF file containing your entire directory,
ready to be sent to the printers. The print format can be customized by the group admin.
Can I belong to multiple organizations?
If you are invited to two (or more) organizations, you can follow the instructions
in the invitation to join the two accounts. You will then be able to switch between
them using the links at the top of the screen, without having to logout and login again.
If you want to signup another organization, you have to go through the regular
signup process.
You should use the same email address you use to log in to
your existing account.
How do I change my email address?
Once you've logged in, changing your email address in the directory will not change
the email address you use to log in. If you want to change your login, go to the
account settings page by clicking the Account link at the top of the screen.
