If you still want paper copies of your directory, Courtyard has it covered. Our PDF exports are ready for printing either at home, or for sending to a professional printer. Courtyard also has a vCard export for your desktop address book software, and a CSV export for performing mail merges.

The Courtyard iPhone application is designed to provide mobile, on-the-go access to your Courtyard directory. Features one-click calling and emailing to each listed member and immediate access to member's birthdays, children's names, and more.

One of the biggest reasons people put off moving their directory to a database system is the amount of time they know they'll have to spend entering all the information. That's why we offer the Courtyard Data Import Service to all customers free of charge. If your directory is currently in an Excel file, a Word document, or any other kind of file, just send it to us and we'll enter all the data for you.

In addition to your regular members, you may want your directory to include missionaries, shut-ins, visitors, or even families that have moved away. The 'Sections' feature of Courtyard is designed specifically to handle those kinds of groups. Each subscription plan includes a certain number of sections, which you can use to divide up your directory. You will be able to create whatever sections you need for your directory, up to the maximum allowed by your subscription.

You don't have to wonder whether your directory is being kept up to date. The directory dashboard shows a list of all the recent updates made to the directory. If someone gets a new cell phone, or a new email address, it'll show up on the dashboard, so you'll know how to get up with them when you need to.
